Details:     I spoke to NAME REMOVED LINDEN on live support chat & she tried a few things & it didn't work so here is my ticket for this issue:

6 weeks ago my nivida card crashed. I had to order a new card. I had estate land in yehat. I couldnt pay for my rent land so my stuff was returned (well I thought it was)

I have a conjoined item named Zyngo 4 I have tried to rez on my new land in yehat & at a sandbox. Everytime I try it gets sent right back to lost and found. I had tried this other one at a sandbox earlier it started with <J>system games or something like that. When I tried to rez it, it diapered & no where to be found.

I had like 1200 prims on this estate land returned & I cant access any of those items. I am very upset because I had a lot of games i've paid lots of money to get on SL. I had this issue one other time when a liden came to my land & returned slingo games half of them never came back to me.

I can not continue to purchase this on second life if when they are supposed to be returned go missing. This needs fixed. Please look for missing inventory objects of mine & this Zyngo 4 conjoined I cant rez. Thank you...

Unfortuantelty there is nothing we can do to force the item to rez until the bug is fixed. :(

8/15/08 6:00 AM PDT     Reopened      CustomerThaBiGGDoGG_Richez     I know you can do a rollback & return my items one by one & then bring the grid back to current. This is over $350.00 worth of items I have lost!!!

Yes this is something you can do. Stop making items not get sent back like this!!!! You can fix return settings to not send that many prims at once. Make it say 500 prims each. I expect my items on SL to be retunred to me when they are supposed to. You think I'm gonna want to put another dollar of my hard earn cash into second life now????

8/15/08 7:18 AM PDT     Closed      CSRNAME REMOVED Linden     If the items were returned from a private estate, then yes... the estate owner or manager can submit a ticket to concierge requesting a rollback of the entire island. Be sure they include in the request exactly why the rollback is necessary and that is is due to a large amount of content loss. The sooner this request is made the better since any changes on the island done after the rollback point will be undone.

Concierge tries to complete all rollback requests within 24 hours of submission.

8/18/08 9:24 AM PDT     Reopened      CustomerThaBiGGDoGG_Richez     I just looked though my inventory. I am also missing the items I lost on that return that I had multiple copies in my inventory. Any item that was rezzed & lost on that land reurn all those items in my inventory are gone too.

For example I had a vendor called Win A Prize it was out on my land it was out on that sim. I had lots of them in my inventory too. Now they are all gone!!!!

There is something really wrong here. I need my items back!!!! I have so many missing items now more then I thought I did. I had stuff get deleted out of my inventory.

I suggest you guys get a team that looks further into this situation because I know once I tell people what happed & how all their inventory can go missing they will no longer be using Second Life.

8/19/08 3:47 AM PDT     Closed      CSRNAME REMOVED Linden     If all copies of an item disappear from you inventory as if someone removed them all that may be exactly what happened. There may have been a DMCA complaint or other issue which warranted their removal.

As far as the items that were rezzed on the land and disappeared upon being returned, we don't have a way of recovering them. If they refused to rez or disappeared from inventory due to the bug mentioned previously the items are lost. Our best advice is it is better to take your objects back into inventory rather than allow the landowner to return them, especially if you have numerous scripted objects.

The last option to recover the lost items is if you can convince the landowner to request a rollback of the island. This is something you will want to do sooner than later. There is only a finite amount of time a rollback is even possible and the longer it goes the less willing the landowner may be since all subsequent changes to his island (and any other renter's things) will be erased.

We do have a team looking into it. The devs are aware of the bug regarding coalesced items not rezzing and are working on a fix. Even if the problem is fixed that doesn't necessarily mean we will be able to recover items previously lost to the bug.

8/30/08 4:14 PM PDT     Reopened      CustomerThaBiGGDoGG_Richez      I am still waiting on my INVENTORY I lost. If I do not get my items back I lost, I will be filling a lawsuit against Linden Labs in my local court system.

You guys have had enough time working on these bugs to make SL stable. Everyday people are losing VALUABLE items due to yiour FAULTY software.

I lost over $350.00 US DOLLARS of items I have purchased. And not one of you have helped me recover a single item missing. I will let others know about how you treat your valuable customers.

Your more worried about fraud & ad farms right now you don't care enough about the INVENTORY ISSUES on Second Life.

I worked hard earning that money to purchase all the games I am now missing. I am giving you guys 5 business days to recover my missing inventory or compensate me for my loss, or I will need to file the legal papaers to take legal action to recover my losses Linden Labs have caused me.

If you still wish to pursue legal action please address all future interaction regarding this matter through legal counsel to our legal department. We will not be able to discuss the matter with you further in support.

Also please take careful note of Section 5 of the Terms of Service regarding "RELEASES, DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION"
